A late cancellation earns a fee and an early one does not, so this is not a cosmetic difference — it decides whether money is owed. The legacy system writes one token for both, which is why the group keeps a cancellation spreadsheet as a seventh feed: it is the only place the distinction exists for Scottsdale, Tempe, Tucson.
