Runs and repairs
Every fifteen minutes a systemd timer runs the pipeline end to end. When a blocking control fails, a diagnostician proposes one repair from a closed set of five actions, rehearses it on a shadow copy of the warehouse, and only commits it if the rehearsal proves it.
